Challenge Tic-Tac-Toe is designed with your privacy in mind. We collect minimal information strictly necessary to facilitate multiplayer online gameplay.

We do not use your information for marketing, profiling, or tracking. Nicknames and session data are ephemeral and are not permanently archived.
The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, specifically for network data synchronization and error reporting:
Active game session data (Room Codes, participant nicknames, and current game states) is stored in Firebase Firestore and expires shortly after the session concludes or becomes inactive. You do not need an account to play, and therefore there is no long-term persistent account data to delete.
Our App is safe for all ages, including children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with personal information (such as using a real name as a Nickname), you can instruct them to clear the app data or change the Nickname in the app settings.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
